RFP: Program evaluation of the of the Rochester Peace Collective
The City of Rochester is seeking for proposals from qualified Consultants with experience in program evaluation and in the field of violence prevention to conduct a multi-organization program evaluation on City contracts with local agencies at various stages of completion, as part of the multi-year ARPA-funded Rochester Peace Collective (RPC) program.
The RPC program includes contracts with about thirty-two (32) organizations that have offered, are offering, or will offer violence prevention support to residents of the City of Rochester.
