2025 Preventative Maintenance Project

Culver Road from Monroe Avenue to Atlantic Avenue

University Avenue from N Goodman Street to Culver Road

Agenda: The meeting will include an opportunity to review, with project engineers, the final proposed design for the above referenced project. The project will include, but is not limited to milling and resurfacing of the pavement, spot curb and sidewalk replacement, installation or upgrade of sidewalk curb ramps, replacement of traffic pavement markings, and adjustment and repair of manholes, catch basins, and water valve castings. The project also includes recommendations for lane reductions on Culver Road, bicycle accommodations, curb bump-outs at select locations, and other safety improvements throughout the project corridors. 

Agenda: La reunión incluirá una opportunidad a revisar, con los ingenieros, de diseño final para el proyecto mencionado anteriormente. Este proyecto incluye fresado y re-pavimentación de la carpeta asfaltica, reparación de aceras dañadas, actualizaciones de rampas en las aceras, marcas en el pavimento, señalización, ajuste y/o reparación de alcantarillas, drenajes y válvulas de agua.  El proyecto también incluye recomendaciones para reducimiento de carriles vehiculares en Culver Road, la inclusion de carriles para bicicletas, y otras mejoras de la seguridad vial en ambas calles.
