This seven-member citizen board reviews applications for Certificates of Appropriateness required for alterations to landmarks and properties located in the City’s eight preservation districts.

The City Council holds work sessions several times each month on a variety of topics that impact the city of Rochester and its citizens.

Pursuant to § 120-191, Procedures approved by the Manager of Zoning, the Project Review Committee shall review all major site plans referred to it by the Manager of Zoning and make a recommendation to approve, approve subject to conditions or deny the application.
