All City of Rochester employees are eligible for 20% off YMCA of Greater Rochester memberships. All this is made possible by MVP Insurance. No MVP membership is required. All you need to do is show your City of Rochester employee badge when signing up.
What You Get
Whether you're looking for a solo membership, a family plan, or something in between, the discount applies across the board. Rates effective April 1:
- Individual Parent: Now $97.60/month
- Adult (ages 27 to 54): $69.60/month
- Young Adult (ages 19 to 26): $46.80/month
- Teen (ages 13 to 18): $39.60/month
- Family: $111.20/month
- Family Plus: $152.80/month
- Senior (age 55 and up): $67.20/month
- Two Adults: $97.60/month
There are no joining fees.
Two Options to Choose From
- Passport Rate – Full access to all YMCA of Greater Rochester locations
- ROC City Rate – Lower cost, with access to Maplewood Family YMCA and the YMCA at Innovation Square only
For example, an adult ROC City membership with an employee discount is just $48 per month.
How to Get Started
Visit your nearest YMCA location and show your City of Rochester employee badge. That’s it. No MVP membership is needed, just your badge to get the savings.
