Rochester City Hall, Neighborhood Service Centers, R-Centers, Rochester Animal Services, 311 Call Center, and the Honorable Loretta C. Scott Center for Human Services administrative office building at 57 St. Paul St. will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 1 in observance of the New Year’s Day holiday.
Refuse and recycling collection will not take place on Dec. 25 and pickup will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week.
