Public Market Food Truck Rodeo continues August 28

Food Truck Rodeos at the Market bring music as well as mobile mangia to the Market

Celebrating Rochester’s mobile cuisine, local beer, and live music scene, the popular Food Truck Rodeos event series continues with Big Blue House. 5 to 9 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 28 at the City of Rochester Public Market, 280 N. Union St.

The Food Truck Rodeo attracts hungry attendees and dozens of food trucks selling a bounty of creative dishes, drinks, and desserts bursting with Rochester flavor. Co-hosted by Rohrbach Brewing Company, Food Truck Rodeos will take place on the last Wednesday of the month through September.

This year’s local entertainment lineup is more dynamic and varied than ever before, with regional acts performing blues, soul, funk, gospel, and rock.

After Wednesday’s Food Truck Rodeo, the final music lineup will be:

  • September 25: Bill Schmitt and the Blues Masters

Attendees are encouraged to carpool, bike, use transit, or walk to the event. Folding chairs are recommended because seating is limited on Market grounds.
