During Cool Sweep, the City of Rochester—presented by Avangrid Foundation and RG&E—extends the hours at Durand Eastman Beach from noon to 6 p.m. to noon to 7 p.m. in anticipation of forecasted high temperatures.
The Department of Recreation and Human Services is encouraging people to cool down today at its pools, spray parks and air conditioned facilities.
