North Goodman Street
About the Project
The North Goodman Street Project is a City of Rochester and County of Monroe 131K project which consists of reconstructing a portion of City of Rochester Street. Construction is anticipated to start in the Spring of 2024.
Project Scope
The project consists of full depth pavement reconstruction. Additional improvements will also include new sidewalks, curbs, curb ramps, driveway aprons, drainage basins, water services, hydrants, lighting, signals, signing, pavement markings, tree plantings, pedestrian crossing improvements.
Additional private utility adjustments will be made in advance of the construction phase of the project. Final plans can be downloaded and viewed here.

A Public Informational Meeting was held on Tuesday October 3rd, 2023 both in person at the Thomas P. Ryan Recreation Center, 530 Webster Ave, and also on Zoom.
