The public entrance, which leads to the second-floor location, is directly accessible from Lake Avenue.
The City is seeking out experienced restaurateurs to take advantage of this opportunity with the traffic offered by the Port of Rochester, the Marina and the adjacent Ontario Beach Park along with ample parking. This restaurant space has immediate availability.
While the William A. Johnson Port of Rochester building is open year round, lease terms will be flexible to run the space year-round or on a seasonal basis (must be open April 1-October 31) with the opportunity for pro-rated rent during off season for limited operations. The rental rate is $10/SF with no additional utilities or cam charges. Some lease terms are flexible.
