RFP: RLBC Property Rehabilitation
Rochester Land Bank Corporation is seeking proposals for the rehabilitation of five (5) residential structures for inclusion in upcoming affordable housing programs. In addition to soliciting the best proposals for the rehabilitation of the five properties identified in this document, the Land Bank aims to identify a cohort of qualified property developers and general contractors interested in partnering in this and future development opportunities.
Proposals must use the documents provided and will be accepted through Tuesday, October 8th, 2024 at 4 p.m.
Join us for an Information Session via Zoom on Tuesday, September 17th at 11:30am. No submission will be reviewed if the proposer has not attended the showing of that property. To receive a schedule of showings, please send an email to landbank@cityofrochester.gov with 1) the name, address and phone number of your business; 2) the name, email and phone number of the relevant contact for this proposal; and 3) which properties you are interested in seeing.
