The City of Rochester Wellness Committee is excited to offer an opportunity to bring a fun and engaging wellness initiative to your department. Through the 2025 Wellness Grant, departments can receive up to $500 to create a wellness program tailored to their team’s needs and interests.
How it works
By applying for this grant, your department commits to developing a wellness program that includes all employees at your worksite. Applications will be reviewed by the City of Rochester Wellness Committee, and awarded grants can be used for program costs and incentives such as fitness classes, wellness tools, or health-related prizes.
