Water main break on Reynolds Street to cause closure of Dr. Charles T. Lunsford School No. 19 and Willie Walker Lightfoot R- Center

A water main break has occurred on Reynolds Street that is impacting water service to School No. 19 and approximately 30 adjacent properties. Classes at the school are canceled on Thursday. The Willie Walker Lightfoot R-Center, 271 Flint St. will also be closed for the day.

Reynolds Street, between Flint Street and Seward Street, will be closed to traffic in both directions while repairs are being made. Flint Street will remain open to traffic in both directions. 

Repairs are expected to be completed by the end of the day.
