Sidewalk Snow Removal
A partnership between the City and residents
The property owner's responsibility:
Per City Code, it is the responsibility of property owners to remove snow from the sidewalk in front of their property. For people with physical disabilities, even 1 inch of snow on the sidewalk can drastically impede movement. Please clear the snow so all can go!

Parking citations
Parking tickets may be issued for parking:
At a meter after time has expired.
At a broken/malfunctioning meter or pay station.
On the wrong side of a street with alternate parking; or for more than 12 hours on all other streets. (Six hours for commercial vehicles.)
In a loading zone.
In a no-parking zone.

Please note: The Clerk's Licensing Office is currently undergoing renovations. Beginning Monday, April 15, 2024, appointments will be required to apply for passports until further notice.
