RFQ- Buy the Block Program Lenders
The City of Rochester is currently seeking proposals from qualified lenders to provide assistance to eligible homeowners participating in our Buy the Block Program. This program is focused on building new single-family, high-quality, affordable homes that are sold to qualified first-time homebuyers.
Answers to questions received via email before Wednesday, September 18, 2024 will be posted here by Monday, September 23, 2024
Responses must be postmarked or received by the City no later than Friday, October 11, 2024.
