The Rochester Community Sports Complex (RCSC) features a state of the art indoor sports training facility with both turf and court sports. The indoor turf is split into two distinct training areas and can be used for football, baseball, lacrosse and soccer training. The court area features basketball training courts with modern training equipment. The indoor complex also includes a batting tunnel, running track, accessible restrooms, cardio room and weight room, and a visual training classroom.
The outdoor soccer stadium is home to a professional soccer club, and also hosts a variety of sport clinics such as lacrosse, football, baseball, soccer, conditioning and much more! The Rochester City School District, local youth sports leagues, and community organizations utilize the facility for year-round sports training.
Register via R-Central for a free Sports Complex membership (free for City of Rochester residents). Membership will give you access to cardio and weight training rooms, top-notch team sports, and the ability to register for open clinics, many of which are low to no cost.
