RFP: Lead Hazard Outreach and Education
The City of Rochester is seeking proposals from local organizations to provide outreach and educational services to support the City’s Lead Hazard Control Program.
The City's Lead Hazard Control Program aims to decrease the occurrence of child lead poisoning by establishing lead-safe housing.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is designed to streamline the assessment and selection of a consultant who can most effectively fulfill the City's objectives.
Respondent’s proposal shall address each of the following services with a cost and timeline for each identified task.
- Media campaign
- Property owner training
- Community engagement
- Enhancements

Submission/Deadline
Proposals must be e-mailed to Johanna.Santiago@cityofrochester.gov by 5:00 pm July 25, 2024.
Inquiries
Inquiries regarding the submission of the proposal, the status of the proposal selection process, and any other related questions concerning this RFP shall be sent in writing to Conrad Floss.
No contact is permitted with any other City staff member with regard to this RFP during the process unless specifically authorized in writing. Prohibited contact may be grounds for disqualification.
