City Hall, administrative offices to close Monday, Nov. 11 in observance of Veterans Day

Rochester City Hall, Neighborhood Service Centers, Rochester Public Libraries, R-Centers, Rochester Animal Services, and the Honorable Loretta C. Scott Center for Human Services administrative office building at 57 St. Paul St. will be closed on Monday, November 11 in observance of Veterans Day.

Refuse and recycling collection will remain on schedule.

The 311 Call Center will remain open during its normal hours, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday.
