How to submit an application for Site Plan Review
If not already completed, register the project with a member of the Zoning Staff in the Permit Office. The Zoning Staff will issue a denied Certificate of Zoning Compliance indicating a site plan review application is required.

Applications are accepted by appointment only and will not be considered if they are incomplete. Contact the person listed on the front page of the application to submit the completed application with the supporting materials.

Rochester Animal Services is involved in a variety of outreach and educational programs. As our mission states, we are committed to making the Rochester community safe for its human and non-human residents. Although enforcement is a component of our operations, education and training are also essential. Refuse and recycling: Solid Waste Management Division
The Solid Waste Management Division is proud to provide Rochester residents and businesses with the best refuse and recycling collection service possible.
Residential collection is curbside pick-up of household refuse and recycling provided to 1, 2, and 3-family homes.
