The Flower City Feeling Good Guided Bike Rides program, in partnership with Reconnect Rochester & EE Pathways, offers a fun, active way to explore Rochester’s scenic trails, parks, and neighborhoods.
- Features 17 casually paced 7-mile rides (approximately 45 minutes of riding).
- Helmets required
- Bikes not provided
- Must have control of your bike & be able to keep up with a casual but steady pace.
- Learn-to-ride classes available for new or beginner-level riders.

Ride of Silence led by Black Girls Do Bike
Meet: Liberty Pole Way
Path: Liberty Pole, Main St.
- 6-7 p.m. — Pre-ceremony/required onsite registration
- 7-8 p.m. Silent bicycle ride with police escort.
- Join cyclists worldwide in a silent, slow-paced ride in honor of those who have been injured or killed while cycling on public roadways.
