Public Hearings and Speak to Council Session

The City Council holds public hearings as required for specific legislative items on the agenda, as well as a monthly Speak to Council session.  These meetings are open to the public to allow an opportunity for constituents to voice their opinions, ideas, concerns or support for either legislation that the Council will be voting on that month, or any other issues that may be affecting the community.

There are no public hearings scheduled for the month of July.

The Speak to Council session will begin immediately at 6 p.m.

Advance sign up is required for citizens who wish to address the Council during the Speak to Council session.  All persons desiring to speak must sign up no later than 4:30 p.m. on the day of the Speak to Council session. 

Constituents can register to speak by calling (585) 428-7538. Dependent upon the total number of speakers, individuals will be given a maximum of 3 minutes, or a minimum of 2 minutes, to share their thoughts.
