Black Culture Festival
The Black Culture Festival is committed to presenting and acknowledging the wide-ranging beauty and accomplishments of black individuals in the United States. Through a variety of captivating events and activities, our primary goal is to educate, motivate, and commemorate the profound cultural heritage of black people in America.
Corn Hill Arts Festival
This two-day Festival has become a fabric of the Rochester community over the years. The Festival, which takes place over nine streets, will showcase hundreds of artists from across the country, as well as talented musicians from near and far. We encourage you to mark your calendars and invite your family and friends because you won’t want to miss the return of this beloved Festival!
Pride Parade and Festival
Parade
The parade will start at 11:00 a.m. at the intersection of South Avenue and Science Parkway. It will travel north on South Avenue and end at the festival, which will be held in Highland Park (1440 South Avenue).

- Live music and performances
General admission tickets are $5 and VIP tickets are $50 (VIP tickets are 21+). Kids under 12 are free!

Rochester's City-run Public Market has served the community at its 280 North Union Street site since 1905.
The Market is open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, year-round (except Thanksgiving, Christmas Days, or Independence Days that fall on Market days).

Bands on the Bricks
The Market's Signature Free Summer Live Music Series
One of Rochester's most popular FREE concert series, Bands on the Bricks brings the City of Rochester Public Market to the evening set with national-act and local live music on five consecutive Friday nights in July and August. Food and drink vendors will be there to complete your night!
Midday Bash
Midday Bash is the perfect option for those looking for a quick and delicious meal during the week in downtown Rochester. Foodies can enjoy a variety of local food trucks, while also relaxing in massage chairs, enjoying musical entertainment, games, giveaways, and more. Downtown Definitely Events also feature a promotional partnership program that promotes a rotation of local businesses at each Midday Bash event.
