Plan for the future: 1-on-1 appointments with the City of Rochester 457 Plan
The City of Rochester is pleased to announce updated 2025 contribution limits for the 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan. Employees now have the opportunity to save even more for their retirement, with increased IRS contribution limits:
- Under 50: $23,500
- Age 50+ Max: $31,000
- Age 60-63 Max: $34,750
- Special 3-Year Max: $47,000
To help employees make the most of these changes, the City's 457 Plan Service Group is offering one-on-one retirement planning appointments with Financial Advisor Christian Sparacino. These personalized sessions are designed to guide participants through plan options and ensure their retirement goals are on track.
Appointment details
During your one-on-one session, you can:
- Learn about and enroll in the plan.
- Make contribution changes.
- Set up your online account through Empower.
- Discuss your retirement goals and investment strategy.
Appointments will be held on:
- Tuesday, January 7, 2025
- Tuesday, January 21, 2025
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
