Electronic payments to vendors

If you are a registered vendor with the City of Rochester and you would prefer to be paid electronically, sign up by contacting our third-party administrator, Paymode, at enrollment@paymode-x.com or by calling 800-331-0974.  When contacting Paymode, let them know you are an existing vendor with the City of Rochester and provide them with your City vendor number (if possible).  Note: You can sign up for Paymode Basic free of charge or you can sign up for Paymode Premium, which includes a small fee but has additional features beyond Basic.

Once you have completed sign up, Paymode will notify the City's Purchasing Bureau that you have registered, who will in turn update your vendor profile within the City's financial system.  

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.  Payments will be sent along with complete invoice reference information that is accessible via your Paymode profile.
