Take Five: A mental wellbeing break at City Hall

In a busy workday, it’s important to pause and recharge. Take Five is a dedicated mental wellbeing break designed to help you step away, refresh, and reset with fun, engaging activities.

What is Take Five?

Take Five offers a chance to unwind with games, puzzles, coloring, and other relaxing activities to support your mental wellbeing.

When & where

  • City Hall Atrium
  • First and third Wednesdays of each month
  • 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

MVP Health Care onsite support

On the second and fourth Wednesdays, Melissa Miller, Health Promotion Program Manager from MVP Health Care, will be onsite to provide additional health and wellbeing support.

  • City Hall Cafeteria
  • Second and fourth Wednesdays of each month
  • 1:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
